Hanging & Care Instructions

Wall Hanging:

• Integrated Mount: Our wall hangings include a built-in hanging system. Simply drill screws into the wall and hang the rug directly on them.

• Using Nails: If needed, use bare metal nails only (uncoated). Coated nails can rust and stain the textile over time.

• Placement: Avoid hanging in direct sunlight to maintain color vibrancy.

Maintenance:

• Shedding: Slight shedding of fibers is a natural characteristic of the yarn and will decrease over time.

• Vacuuming: Use a standard vacuum on low suction. Robotic vacuums are safe to use as long as they can climb onto the rug's surface.

• Environment: Our rugs are not suitable for wet rooms or high-humidity areas.

Spot Cleaning:

• Blot spills immediately with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not scrub, as this can damage the fiber structure.

• Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

• If you wish to use cleaning agents, please test on a small, inconspicuous corner of the rug before applying to the entire piece

What is repurposed and recycled yarn?

We try to be as ecological as we can, and that means that sometimes we purchase second hand yarn that was just lying around, so we can make it into a loved wall rug.

What is repurposed and recycled yarn made of?

We don't always know for certain, therefore if can be made from any kind of materials.

Can I purchase a custom made rug using my gift card?

Yes! To do so, please contact us for further information about your custom rug.

When will I get my order?

We offer free domestic shipping across Israel. for the rest of the world we have standard and Express shipping options. You can check out the shipping costs and times here.

What do I do if I never receive my order?

Please check your local post for the shipping status. If you can't find shipping information and you still didn't receive your order, please contact us at yarnatak@gmail.com.
Please note that due to the current world state, we cannot commit to shipment arrival estimation. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

How long will it take me to get my order?

Unless we have the rug in stock, it takes us about 5-9 days to make the order. After that the shipping time depends on the shipping option you choose.

Yes you can! You can also order custom colored rug.

Is there a minimum size?

Yes. It depends on the complexity of the rug and amount of details.

We love working with designer to help them add color and warmth to the spaces they design! 

Can you make a mockup of the rug in the space I am designing?

Yes, we can! If the rug is made and you send us a photo of the space.

Local Shipping

We offer free local shipping (Israel). The estimated shipping time for local delivery is up to 7 business days.

Express shipping time is up to 4 business days. Express shipping is available at checkout.
