Since every piece is handcrafted in our studio, production typically takes 14 to 21 business days (excluding shipping). For large or complex orders, we will provide a specific timeline.
Our rugs are versatile—some are designed as wall hangings and others as area rugs. We use different finishes depending on the rug's intended use to ensure durability.
Materials & Quality
We use high-quality wool and acrylic yarns, carefully selected for their soft feel and long-lasting durability. The backing is secured with strong textile adhesive and finished with an anti slip fabric or easy hanging construction (depending on your rug needs)
Absolutely. Slight shedding is a natural characteristic of handcrafted rugs during the initial period. It will decrease significantly after a few gentle vacuums.
Shipping & Returns
Yes, we ship our creations all over the country with door-to-door delivery. You can also arrange for a self-pickup from our studio in Haifa.
Items from our regular collection can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Please note: Bespoke or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Workshops & Events
Our open group workshops are intimate and include up to 10 participants. This allows us to provide personal and close guidance to each individual throughout the entire process.
Yes, we host private workshops for couples, birthdays, bachelorette parties, or simply creative get-togethers. Private workshops are suitable for groups of 2 to 10 participants, giving you the entire studio to yourselves.
Gift Cards
Definitely! You can purchase a digital gift card on our website, redeemable for all our workshops, rugs and materials. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and is the perfect gift for those who love to create.
