About Us
Studio Yarnatak aims to redefine the concept of a rug. Our rugs are functional and decorative, but also conceptual and artistic. We believe these qualities shouldn't be mutually exclusive. A rug can be hung as a piece of art on the wall or placed on the floor as a traditional rug.
Founded by Maria Feigin and Geaya Blory, Yarnatak was born from a desire to revitalize the rug and its perception. With degrees in psychology and visual communication, Maria and Geaya combine their expertise to create rugs and art that are both colorful and meaningful.
The studio has exhibited at numerous events, including Jerusalem Design Week, the Jerusalem Biennale, Hansen House, Fresh Paint Fair, Imperial Hotel exhibitions and more.
We are committed to promoting both the craftsmanship and functionality of our products, working with interior designers and offering hands-on workshops to the public.
Maria and Geaya are always seeking to expand their horizons and incorporate unconventional techniques into their work to create unique and meaningful objects.
